I’m going to keep this short, sweet and simple! Below are the things I would like to achieve by the end of 2016:
- Complete my first 100 miler in under 24 hours
- Finish every race I enter
- Win a race (I say this every year…). Alternatively, reach the podium!
- Do at least one strength and conditioning session a week
- Swim at least once a week
- Gain Leadership in Running Fitness and Coaching in Running Fitness qualifications
- Reduce sugar consumption
- Go 100% vegetarian
- Learn to speak French
- Build on the foundations of 2015 to make 2016 an amazing year!
