2016 Goals & Resolutions

I’m going to keep this short, sweet and simple! Below are the things I would like to achieve by the end of 2016:

Endurance Sports

  1. Complete my first 100 miler in under 24 hours
  2. Finish every race I enter
  3. Win a race (I say this every year…). Alternatively, reach the podium!
  4. Do at least one strength and conditioning session a week
  5. Swim at least once a week
  6. Gain Leadership in Running Fitness and Coaching in Running Fitness qualifications

Life

  1. Reduce sugar consumption
  2. Go 100% vegetarian
  3. Learn to speak French
  4. Build on the foundations of 2015 to make 2016 an amazing year!
