2015 Goals & Resolutions

I’m going to keep this short, sweet and simple! Below are the things I would like to achieve by the end of 2015:

Endurance Sports

  1. Improve my marathon PR
  2. Improve my half marathon PR and run under 1:30 for the distance
  3. Run 50km in under 4:45
  4. Improve my mile PR
  5. Finish every race I enter
  6. Win a race (I say this every year…)
  7. Gather enough qualifying points for CCC 2016
  8. Enter an open water swim race
  9. Do at least one strength and conditioning session a week
  10. Swim at least once a week
  11. Run at least 3 times per week
  12. Reduce body fat percentage to around the 13% mark


  1. Reduce sugar consumption
  2. Eat less bacon
  3. Drink less ale
  4. Visit three new countries (already have one booked in, Norway in June)
  5. Buy a car
  6. Move house
  7. Learn to speak French
  8. Build on the foundations of 2014 to make 2015 just as amazing, if not better!
