A very short post today I’m afraid. It’s been a long day at work and I can’t really concentrate on writing this evening!
Suffice to say the early stages of my Frankfurt Marathon training are progressing nicely! So far it looks like I’ll be doing the following cycle: 5 days on/1 day off followed by 7 days on/2 days off – it’s not set in stone but so far this plan appeals to me.
I’ll be taking tomorrow and Saturday as rest days so it’s likely my next post will be on Sunday at some point 🙂
