Aged 39, Steve Way is without doubt an unsuspecting hero for many a runner like myself who have dreams and goals that sometimes just do not seem possible!

We’re talking about a guy that took up running at 32 years of age and who is now an international long distance runner for Team England, the UK 100km Champion 2014 and British Road 100km Record Holder (6:19:20). The man even has sponsorship from Adidas…

As I said at the start of this short post – anything is possible!
