First workout post-marathon. No complaints and no real concerns! There was a tightness in my right hamstring and left calf but I’m arranging acupuncture and deep tissue massage for that before my Ultra on January 11th!
Sorry for the brief post dear reader – they will mostly be like this over the festive period as I’m working a lot as well as trying to undertake last minute Christmas shopping and present wrapping!
