I didn’t run today due to a deep tiredness that plagued me all through my Early shift – if I’d have even managed a 3km easy run I’d have been setting myself for a week of fatigue and tiredness, both of which would lead to injury.
In addition to the tiredness I’ve discovered some aches and pains in my right side and ribs, I’ll test out how this might effect my running tomorrow after work. I hope it’s nothing that is going to make it painful or uncomfortable…we’ll find out tomorrow, as it stands it’s just a little tender to the touch and feel like a muscle strain as opposed to anything else.
Early to bed tonight and early to rise on the ‘morrow.
